Which places do you ship?

  • We shipped to almost all part of India. However certain pin codes maybe restraint due to certain reason. When you enter a pin-code in the address field while ordering a product, the system will indicate whether we ship to your pin-code or not.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • Products are typically dispatched within a day of order confirmation.
  • All the products are transported and delivered by our partnered shipping companies.
  • While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not gotten in touch with you.

Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?

  • We offer free shipping for shopping above Rs 1000 to any part of India.
  • For orders less than Rs 1000, nominal shipping fee is charged according to the size and weight of the product.

How do I track my order?

  • The best way to check your order status is to sign-up at belfiorestores.com and go to the order tracking page: https://www.belfiorestores.com/orders. We try our best to deliver your product before the estimated time. You should be able to receive the products within 2-7 days (business days) depending on the destination and amount of you order. In a few cases however, during big holidays and due to extreme weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances slight delays can be expected.

What if I receive a damaged product?

  • In case you receive a damaged product (damage as defined above), please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately or call us (95 22 560 560) or write to us at  care@belfiorestores.com
  • Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement.
